SHIPPING + DELIVERY
How quickly will my order ship? 
We process and ship orders from our Laguna Beach studio Monday through Friday.  Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.  Processing time for custom and pre-order pieces may take longer.  You will be charged at the time the order is placed.  When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally? 

 

Yes, we do!  Shipping rates and times vary upon the country and postal regulations. 

International orders are non-refundable. All international orders are subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. 

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping to all US orders 

 

United States: 

FREE Shipping  ( 3-5 Business Days M-F)

 

Canada:

$9.00 flat rate shipping (7-20 Business Days M-F)

International: 

$12.00 flat rate shipping (14-21 Business Days M-F)

Do you accept returns?

 

We happily accept unworn/unused merchandise with tags attached within 7 days of the ship date for a full refund, or credit for qualifying orders. Sale items are nonrefundable. 

Please be sure to contact our office via email first, before you ship your return.  Please note, any return received that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.

 

Wanderelle is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges.  Wanderelle is not responsible for lost or un-traceable shipments.  We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers a tracking service.

How can I create an account?
You can create an account during the checkout process. We reccomend creating an account so you can view your order history
and save your information for quick and easy checkout in the future. 
What methods of payment do you accept? 
We accept all forms of major credit cards.
JEWELRY CARE
 
In order to preserve the quality of your jewelry we recommend you avoid contact with cleaning agents, beauty products, perfumes, water and chemicals.  We recommend you store the jewelry in a cloth bag for better protection.  Remember with a little T.L.C. things go a long way.  Same with your jewelry!
